Revisions and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you require any changes to the completed work, we offer free revisions based on the original instructions. Our revision policy includes:

• Minor Revisions: Small changes such as grammatical corrections, rewording, or structural adjustments.

• Major Revisions: More significant modifications, such as adding new content or restructuring sections, may be subject to additional charges.

• Revision Timeframe: Clients must request revisions within 2 days after receiving the completed work.

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe without prior communication.

• If the work delivered does not meet the agreed requirements and cannot be revised accordingly.

• If the project is cancelled before work has commenced.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
